I'm about to hit a quarter of a century and I am looking back at my life, wondering if this is where I pictured I would be at this time. And, nope.
It is not that I am complaining. I have so many things to be thankful for-- I have good health , people who love me unconditionally, so many resources at my disposal to make myself a useful member of the society, and I have my God. But still, I feel like I have done so little. I guess everybody who reaches this age gets these emotions one way or another. I guess that it's our mind's way of saying that indeed, there is so much to do! This reminder, that I am not getting any younger, despite being such an uncomfortable one, is slowly turning into a timely blessing.
